It will be ready for business in about two weeks, and will have a capacity of 15,000 to 25,000 feet per day. It is a good place for a mill, as it has an abundance of good timber around it and has an easy road from it, being all the way down the mountain. The road up, however, is not easy, as was seen last week, when a load of machinery for the mill was hauled. The weight was 7,000 pounds and a team of sixteen stout horses was required to make the rise of 2,000 feet.” (Klamath Republican)

For way of dressing it, he wrapped it with some flowing part of his shirt and went back to work, having consumed about 25 minutes in the operation, which is far ahead of any record known to us.” (Klamath Falls Express)
